1. Participants are active students at tertiary institutions throughout Southeast Asia as evidenced by a Student Identity Card, Active Certificate or the like

2. Participants can be individuals or teams consisting of 1 to 3 members with one being the leader

3. Each team is allowed from different departments/faculties but still in one college
